Introducing Mike Clague Aesthetic Nurse, Bachelor of Science EN.
Beginning his career in medical aesthetics with Allergan, the makers of the world’s leading anti-wrinkle injection, Mike enjoyed learning techniques from some of the best injectors globally over his 6 years with this prestigious company.
Yearly training was an important part of his work at Allergan, and for 2 years Mike managed the entire training process in Australia and New Zealand, as the National Clinical Manager. He has trained over 1000 doctors and nurses in the art of injecting muscle relaxants and dermal fillers across Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, India, Malaysia and the Philippines.
Mike has worked as a consultant to Allergan Pharmaceuticals, Galderma Pharmaceuticals (global leaders in dermal fillers), Croma/Hugel and FillMed France. Mike is currently a Clinical Trainer for Galderma, Croma, FillMed and other pharmaceutical companies in Australia and New Zealand.
Majoring in Anatomy in his Science degree, Mike performed many dissections on cadavers. His detailed knowledge of anatomy enables him to produce safe and reliable outcomes. Mike is passionate about natural, undetectable results for all his clients.
Mike is registered with AHPRA and the Nursing and Midwifery Board as a nurse No. NMW0001618803
Contact Mike90’s Supermodels, to me, personify beauty. Natural beauty. Nothing artificial, nothing overstated.
Nobody wants their friends or their partner asking ‘What have you done to your face?'
I want a natural, undetectable result for each of my patients, enhancing their natural features and beauty.
Mike has now published 7 peer reviewed medical journal publications including 2 award winning papers from Aesthetic Surgery Journal (with a team of colleagues).
He published with Dr Ava Shamban (Beverly Hills Derm) a concept of using make-up artistry to inject cheek filler in a novel way... NO MORE Hinderers lines! We are artists...
Mike was the first injector to suggest the concept of injecting the supra-orbital notch with hyaluronidase in a blindness emergency from HA filler. This is now accepted as best practice. In 2015/2016 the inferior retro-bulbar approach was the best idea we had. At that time, we had no real data. Now we have much more available information. Mike has presented all over the world on this topic.
